Just read a tweet that Monmouth may want to join the Patriot. That would put the Big South under the number needed for an automatic bid. This day gets better and better.

I'm not sure if Monmouth fits the academic pedigree of the Patriot League. Geographically, it makes sense. I just wonder about the quality of their academics. I'm not bashing Monmouth, I just know nothing about them. and being from the Syracuse area, where Colgate is close too, I know they consider themselves Ivy League Light.

Monmouth may want the Patriot, but the Patriot has shown no indication that it wants Monmouth.

Discrimination - they should sue.

Monmouth is a FB rental as was Stony Brook. Many saw that once Kennesaw gets it's FB established they'll be long gone also.
