Shy We may have movement...UCONN insider claims something's afoot
A longtime, respected poster to the Uconn board has created quite the stir. Basically he had a revealing conversation with a major Uconn player at Uconn's spring game.

He is a very active member of the realignment community and in his words doesn't "post this stuff lightly" and "the conversations did not focus on any oceans or coast lines"

Aain, this poster is acutely aware of realignment's impact on the Uconn community, and has come forward....

Not gonna jump to conclusions, but I still think realignment isn't over, contrary to popular beliefs.

Where the hell are Miko's Japanese business dinner associates when you need them???? Did they discuss Civil War battlefields or large inappropriate numbers?

So basically, they believe they have signed a non-disclosure agreement with the B1G.

RE: We may have movement...UCONN insider claims something's afoot
I've just found out that the original poster is actually the moderator of the UConn football board. Wow.

That board is deeply connected to UConn. So we have two moderators putting their reputations on the line, something that to my knowledge has never been done before.

This does seem different...

He actually said less than nothing.

Quote:(title) Had some interesting conversations today at the Spring Game
(post) All I can say is that by agreement, they must remain confidential.
(follow up) Don't post this stuff lightly. Take it however you see fit

The NDA talk came up when someone asked how long between when Maryland signed its NDA and it became public.

If he actually had something of substance, he would either post it or not mention it at all. None of this stringing-along-the-faithful crap.

If true, I say good for UConn, they are too good overall to be in the AAC and didn't deserve to get left behind. Their football leaves something be desired (recently anyways) but otherwise they should be in the big leagues.

Nope. Miko is funny and downright artistic in his trolling.

The big 10 could go with 3 pods of 5 with uconn. THe ACC is already at 15, if ND doesn't want to go with the concept they could bring in cincy. Thus, all you need is the sec to jump to 15 to get 3 out of the 5 leagues wanting to vote for a 2 game playoff.
