Solid start to the season. If not for the interception before the half it could have been even better for Liberty. And Peterson got his two touchdowns!

I wish the scoreboard/flamethrowes would not encourage people to cheer when our offense has the ball.

Ok performance for first game. Both teams seemed out of sync with many penalties, mostly in offense. LU was obviously the better team but mental mistakes and miscues kept the game closer than it should have been. For first game I rate it a C. LU will have to bring it's A game against WVU to have a chance. Their defense was stout in their GaSo win.

Come on man! That's pretty harsh treatment of the Flames. They were clearly a C+! ..... (I kid).

Believe it or not, I did pause on my grade for the game between a C+, to a C to a C-. My wife says sometimes I spend to much time on my "sports blog". Hey, she uses Facebook, I "sports blog".
