Louisville was up 21 to 0 before Winston happen, our defense is better this year and it looks like we have a QB. Golson is good but I also remember his whining at ND, Golson is no Winston. Louisville by 14 at FSU. Louisville's biggest challenge will be Clemson, 3 games in 13 days.

Louisville definitely has a chance to win the division...they catch Clemson on a short week early, and they've got cake across the division. Three team race in my opinion.

That said...I really liked what I saw from FSU for the most part this Saturday. It's early, but I feel better about FSU's chances than I did already.

FSU wins by 10+ against u of l.

U of l will be beaten in the trenches. There offense o line was weak at best against the barn. Defensive line did not show a lot.

They have a freshman qb and lost their best wr.

I liked what I saw from FSU against an overmatched Texas state. O line worked as one, qb stayed with in the game plan. RB was a man amongst boys. Threw the ball to 9 different receivers.

Defense swarmed.

NO INJURIES.

FSU toughest games will be GT, CLEMSON, UM.

I want to see FSU's right side of the o-line develop more before I predict more than 9-3. If they could run on the left side alone, Cook and Pender would finish with 2500 yards.

You were up 21-0 because Winston happened, too.

It went both ways like that with Winston last year.

I remember Golson having an overall great season last year. *shrug*

I'm not worried about Golson or Louisville.

This year the league title is up for grabs because they scheduled the way some would like to see as a permanent fixture. All four southern schools play each other in a full round robin. That means that they are guaranteed to have a total of six conference losses among them. If Miami can somehow win at least one of those games (and we've all seen bigger upsets than that), the door is wide open for someone outside this Gang of Four to sneak in.
