I've got two basketball seats and my HAF this year was $300. I figure we have more many HAF members that buy many tickets under a single membership , but there is still a minimum donation per seat no matter what. I know a group of 8-10 people that use a single membership to better they're chance at getting special tickets come tourney time since they are higher on the list. I know our HAF membership is lower than I expected because of that and they are doing a membership drive right now trying to get people to start they're own membership instead of sharing. We do have have some really nice donors though. Houchens industries is as big as they come

It comes straight from the WKU website.

Those two just seized the opportunity to jump in so I responded. La Tech was the best addition we made to the conference (followed, IMO, in order by ODU, UTSA, and Charlotte).

I can see why you wouldn't put Western on your list of best additions 03-lmfao

I didn't include Western because they weren't a good addition. Your empty HS stadium does nothing for the perception of the conference. You've had decades to grow a fan base. If it hasn't happened by now, it's not going to.

Your booster club, HAF, only has a little over 2,000 members and 44% of those give less than $250 a year.

A school like La Tech, with a long, solid history on the field, is a good addition. Schools like Charlotte, ODU and UTSA that are growing, vibrant universities in strong markets with fertile recruiting grounds are a good addition.

Speaking of looking like high school...Marshall vs ODU 2015 all those empty seats really shows what a high schoolish stadium looks like

I can guarantee you Diddle and the Houch are first class compared to the dumps at Marshall. Come on it looks like Marshall's endzone addition was done by trading foodstamps for labor. What a freaking dump and you really don't want to talk about your basketball arena.

1 conference championship in 11years for football and what 4 total in all sports. Honestly where is all of those donations going? Four TOTAL CUSA championships in 11 years and only 1 in football. Hell your fans should be asking for a refund.

Marshall generates 70% more revenue from ticket sales than WKU. You can look it up since you like stats. So if our attendance is subject to ridicule, what exactly does that make yours? 70% more. 7-0-% more.

The only people talking attendance is Marshall...

some of the rest of us are only pointing out Marshall's sucks also. You do understand revenue and attendance are not the same? Honestly I don't think you do.

Everything we have looks old and rundown? Lol.. Have you seen any of the new facilities that we have built in the last 5 years.. The new editions easily put our facilities among the tops in the conference.

Those are the two newest facilities, before that we added a new weight room, locker room remodels for football and basketball and a new softball stadium. Those pictures can be found if you want to look on herdzone.com.

First of all I hope you realize I was speaking in jest, but you do know there's a way to actually make the pictures viewable in your post, right?
