I don't think Duggan is going to get it. I'm not saying he's not a good candidate, but I think McGillis is going to make a bold move here and not promote from within. I don't know why, but I just have that feeling.

McGillis is going to do everything he can to get USM in the AAC..hiring Duggan doesn't fit that plan in my eyes...could be wrong. McGillis has said CUSA is our home but not our destination. This hire and him getting us into a different league will be his legacy...good or bad.

maybe b/c he doesn't think he's ready or there are better candidates out there...

this is where big mac earns his money and puts his future on the line....

this hire (for him) is a potential nightmare or a gold mine depending how it turns out....
