If Higbee escapes conviction for the assault; he'll be a good TE for the LA Rams primarily because he has the skills to play on Sunday. But, what a D@#$ A#%$. His off the field activities probably cost him some serious $.

What happened - Typical college stuff or serious?

That guy was a really good TE at WKU.

That guy was a really good TE at WKU.

Somebody wrote about this in another thread. Jest is: Higbee went to a Bowling Green Bar and had a few too many. A "gentlemen" insulted him or his girlfriend or both. Higbee proceeded to preserve his own honor (or the honor of his girlfriend) by pounding the insulting party into unconsciousness! Appparently, Higbee then proceeded to flee the local "gendarmes" and was arrested for Assault,Resisting Arrest, Flight to Avoid Prosecution, etc., etc.

But, Good News I think he is a First Offender. Expect Pre-Trial Diversion and an Anger management Class!!!!!

Pounding him into unconsciousness? I think that's a bit unfair. He threw one punch. Unfortunately for all involved the guy banged his head on the concrete as he fell. That caused the unconsciousness. If he lands the punch and the guy gets up and walks off nobody ever hears about this.
