Both teams week 2 games are over. It's time to fire this up.

Houston won a close one last year at home. The Bearcats know Houston is a great team. This one is circled on the calendar. Coach Herman will get to experience a sold out, blacked out Nippert Stadium. The crowd noise will be deafening. I am looking forward to seeing it in person.

UH wins easily

I was happy we beat Purdue, but don't let that 'p5' win fool you

UH is 100x better than the hot mess that is purdue

01-wingedeagle Put the bag back on and add some tape for your suck hole please. Not saying you have to be a homer, but you go to extremes. 04-cheers

Just like those deafening OU and FSU fans right? Don't act like cincy's crowd is some how a bigger factor than the other crowds we have played in front of.

we are all entitled to an opinion

I still don't think UC is a good team...a team capable of beating a top 10 team which UH is

We beat Purdue today, not Ohio State.

CAN we win? Sure, its sports so anything is possible. I don't think we will.

You just listed 2 games at neutral fields. Not being a homer, but the way Nippert is situated, right in the middle of campus, with buildings all around, holds in the noise, and yeas it is damn loud. If you have never been, you would not understand.

Have you ever been to Nippert? It's.....intimate. It's surrounded by tall buildings that force sound to reverberate. It's loud.

actually you are wrong there

Nippert is unbelievably loud....it was one of two or three stadiums that broke the sound meter of a travelling team that was going around taking noise readings at college stadiums a few years back

Nippert is deafening....because of the location of the stadium (middle of campus with tall buildings around)...sound is trapped and reverbs

Thur night on espn is a special slot for UC games...Nip at Night on espn brings out the best crowd. You may win, but I can assure you this will be one of the loudest venues your team plays in this year.
