I think we probably got a real good coach and it seems like most people feel that way but the semi silence is deafening!! Before the announcement the board was a buzz of activitiy, now it's almost like everyone breathed a sigh of relief and are now holding their breathe. Not much speculation about the coach, the team or the style of play. Not tons of anything compared to before the hiring!! Maybe it's because he was kind of unknown to most, or they are waiting for him to do something. Since he is still basically the asst coach at MSU maybe people don't actually see him as the coach yet?? I guess he hasn't done anything really right or wrong yet so half the people who were posting before the hire are waiting for something to either applaud or raise hell about. Anyway it seems a little like a vacuum right now so I will be glad when he get's to work and people can get excited----unfortunately by then Spring football will be well underway, unless MSU get's upset, and a lot of fans will be following that pretty close. Ah, timing is everything!!

I think everyone is exhausted and d@mn happy to leave the board behind for a few days.

Spring hoops recruiting and spring football practice will start soon enough.

Glad to have you!! This is the civilized board, nobody yells very loud at other posters here. Pretty good board along with the CUSA board!! Also, we don't have to be quite as politically correct since I don't think any recruits or coaches are visiting here!!

I like this board quite a bit, but obviously the Tulsa board isn't very populated. The C-USA board is pretty lively, though. It REALLY gets hopping during football season.
