12/22 2016 NCAA Board of Regents approves all sport conferences to utilize "power" moniker.

"Effective immediately all conferences will be known as the Power 10 Conferences." Stated the NCAA President's spokesperson. The spokesperson continued, "it has come to our attention the moniker "Greater 5" was exclusionary in nature. We at the NCAA follow full acceptance policies, and this should be reflected at all levels of our organization. The NCAA Board would like to thank the AAC for bringing this to our attention, thier conference recently adopted the P6 moniker. While the AAC adopted P6 without elevating their level of play, and habitually losing in bowls to other G5 teams they have persuaded our organization enough to include all conferences as P10."

I know him and our school well, lots of crazy good stuff happens around Boone after bedtime.
