Country singer Daryle Singletary dead at 46. he was a friend of mine on MySpace and Facebook because of my classmate Jason Deere is a Nashville record producer, singer and song writer.
Yeah, Daryle had a great voice, but he was pushed out of Country music by the 2000s because Nashville went country with the sound of pop and rock. Which is why Kenny Chesney is never liked by the people who listened to traditional country. Now, after the hip/hop, rap, bro-country and southern rock is dying down, some traditional country artists are coming back onto the scene like Midland, Cam, Granger Smith, Jon Pardi, Aaron Watson, Mo Pitney, William Michael Morgan, Jon Wolfe, and several others. Even maren Morris sounded traditional along with Kacey Musgrave, Chris Stapleton and the likes.

I like this quote from him.
"We run, not because we think it is doing us good, but because we enjoy it and can not help ourselves....The more restricted our society and work become, the more necessary it will be to find some outlet for this craving for freedom. No one can say, "You must not run faster than this, or jump higher than that." The human spirit is indomitable."

I can't believe he was still alive. He looked plenty old back in the '80s.
