Lady Dukes beat Delaware 11-10 in overtime at the CAA Championships today. Delaware tied the game with about 2 minutes to go and the Dukes pulled it out about 1 minute into the overtime period.

Dukes play the winner of the Towson-Elon game for the CAA Championship and the NCAA Tournament autobid tomorrow.

Go Dukes!!

JMU...CAA champs. Defeats Elon 15-7. Congrats to the Dukes WLAX!!

NCAA Selection Show tonight at 9pm via ncaa.com. Apparently per jmusports.com, there must be a selection show viewing party at O'Neill's.

JMU lost earlier this season at PSU, 12-9, back in early March.

You don't realize how many championships the CAA sponsors until you see them all laid out: http://caasports.com/sports/2016/6/20/16...hips.aspx? 22 in total (football doesn't have a championship tourney/game, just a regular season winner, so it's not in the list). If JMU gets 4, that's pretty good...not great, but pretty good.

Others: W&M (5), UD (3), UNCW(2), Towson (2), NE (2), Elon (1), CoC (1), Drexel (0), Hofstra (0)
Women's Rowing and Baseball (and technically still softball) still TBD

Four out of our 19 sports is more than 20%. I would say that is a pretty good season. Hopefully, these teams can repeat next year, and I think the best chance to add to it next year are Field Hockey and Women's Basketball.
