Good. The world is most stable when everyone has the ability to destroy each other. Let the Russians, EU, U.S. and China have the nukes. Between the 4 of us, let's carve up the world again and play "Cold War Chess". The only reason the Islamic jackasses are causing problems is because we are not actively "fighting" the Cold War. We learned out lessons. Most of the 3rd world neither deserves or can handle freedom. So...the West, China and Russia cleans house in the ME and 3rd world, divvy up the countries and get this cold war up and running.

So Germany learned their lesson in WWI and WWII. Once they consolidate all of Western Europe under one central command it will be much easier for them to fight off Russia and the US.

Letting Europe take more responsibility for their own defense is a good thing.

Also, maybe this will keep some nuclear reactors running and stave off the folly of a clean energy grid without nuclear power.

US gets all of North and South America, Greenland, and maybe Iceland. The rest of the world stay on your side of the Atlantic and Pacific.

Russia, China, and the EU can fight over the rest. Except maybe Australia. I like Australia.
