I haven't and wont get into this is he or isn't he. Not my cup of tea. But I assume he would have broke some laws if this were true. Like lying to the FBI or something along those lines.

Yes, he could still be president. You just need a parent who was American. Just like Ted Cruz who was born in Canada.

According to Muslim law, Obby was born a Muslim since his father was Muslim. As an adult, they would have to consider him a Muslim apostate but a Muslim nonetheless.
