Politically, this is a disaster for Trump. Imagine viewing this as a Jewish Republican/Independent, or a Black Republican/Independent, or a LGBT Republican/Independent? These Nazis are emboldened by Trump's victory and his actions as President. And everyone knows it.

If he tries to equate the Nazis/Klansmen/White Nationalists/Confederates with any other group, expect a lot of condemnation.
