Rankings the top Big 10 players all-time
This post is aimed at serious Big 10 football historians(or old farts generally). I've prepared a ranking of the 100 best Big Ten football players from the traditional Big 10 schools (pre-PSU) for some argument/discussion. In preparing the list I looked at honors (AA llsts, All-Big 10s, MVPs, all-time list, national honors/awards, draft position) and #s (when I could find them). I've considered all positions and eras equally, looking for dominance within an era. College performance is 90%.....I only looked at pro performance to elevate or reduce a ranking already made. I've also considered my personal observations. Here is my list:
