I think CUSA needs to pull the trigger and lock down the P7 conference tag now.

That way we would already be ahead of the MWC and MAC

F that. We need to stick it to the AAC and start using "P6". Hell, everyone should in the MAC/MWC/SB/CUSA. They don't own a trademark/patent on that letter and number.

I totally agree. Throw their nonsense right back in their face. While I commend them for trying, it's getting too humorous at this point. So lets join in on the fun.

90% of it is tongue in cheek. The rest is trolling. Everyone on the AAC board is aware of the fact that the contract that every AAC school signed determines that their school is G5. From the league perspective it's a marketing tool.

P6 is an alternative fact. Let those snowflakes have their alternate reality.

Once they start winning the majority of their bowl games, then maybe they can talk.

As I mentioned on the main board, I never realized how much the hand motion in this emoticon resembles jerking off until the P6 support group used it...

While the amateur hour that runs this conference needs a nice bowling alley to go run as their day job, this P6 thing is analogous to a d-bag impersonating a police officer.

And we all know how police officers feel about being impersonated. So, you can certainly be assured how the real P5 looks at this.

The truth of the matter is this whole P5 vs. G5 is our own fault. Instead of pushing back against this notion when the media first started using it now our own coaches, players and administrators use these terms. Purely asinine by our own folks for falling into this trap. Absolutely no leadership and no vision from the non-power conferences, so from that perspective I can understand the AAC going it alone. But the P6 thing is just absurd.
