  1. Krzyzewski
  2. Boeheim
  3. Roy Williams
  4. Pitino
  5. Calipari
  6. Izzo

Well some punishment was handed out to Louisville today. They lost their National Championship from 2013.

Yeah ... just like the NCAA did to No Carolina

I think many of you are looking at this situation with the wrong filters....I am hoping that there are so many schools that are guilty and assigned post-season bans that Rice has to be chosen to be in the NCAA tournament because they are one of the only teams left standing after the FBI completes their work!

It is all how you look at it!.....

RE: Arrest of Four DI MBB Coaches
Here's what's different about this from the normal NCAA probe. The NCAA does not have subpoena power and as a non-government entity it is not subject to due process. So if they come after you, you can hire a friendly law firm to do a whitewash investigation and self-impose a few minor sanctions and that does it.

BUT--get law enforcement involved and it is a different story. Now you have subpoena power, so you can acquire a lot more evidence, and you are subject to due process so similarly situated parties have to be treated similarly. If you uncover something about North Carolina that is more serious than what you put Cleveland State on probation for, then you have to put North Carolina on at least as great a probation, or else the action is subject to being overturned by a court. That is the scary situation for the NCAA because if they lose their ability to be subjective, then the whole current regulatory scheme blows up.
