He must be trolling. Didn’t quite see the point of the post. I am definitely not saying Evans is the best QB in the Sunbelt, but he is improving every week and will be a force for years to come. He is a true sophomore.

Actually the SBC has some very nice starting QBs across the board.
App - Lamb...proven winner
AstAte - Hansen...has some outstanding numbers when hot
Troy - Silvers...same as Hansen...has been slinging it since his freshman year
ULM - Evans...newbie showing some serious talent
NMSU - Rogers...nice QB who's NOT been surrounded by a great team...this years team could be trouble for every team they face.
Idaho - Linehan...can sling it and has a good bloodline
Ga state - Manning...surrounded by a weaker team but shows some ability
Ga Southern - Werts...just a freshman but showed flashes of ability both passing and running against AstAte

This is only our 4th Sun Belt season though. 2 out of 4 isn't that crazy, especially when we've played USA, Texas State, and NMSU the same amount.

Have to think Marcus Cox might have this record had he played in the SBC his freshman year. He's got 53 career rushing TDs, unfortunately 15 were in the SoCon.

Really just putting it on record how great I think Justice will be this season and next with full awareness and enjoyment of troll effect.

Manning is going to need to do something against an actual defense to really prove anything. No offense to ULM, but their defense hasn't stopped a soul all season. They gave up over 30 to Texas State for pete's sake.

If he has a great game against Troy this week, then we're having a very different conversation because Hansen has his flaws. Still not really had a consistent performance yet from week to week.

Just 5 more TD passes for Hansen . . . ho-hum.

ULM could make a Jr. High QB look like Joe Montana. Our defense is the worst defense in the country no doubt. I honestly think the majority of FCS defenses are better. Our only chance at winning games is out scoring people. If our offense is off we are done.

Matt Linehan had a very strong argument back when there were people at Idaho who could block. Now, it's impossible to tell.

Same with Silvers. We have great run blockers, but no pass blocking to speak of. Receivers for days though.
