Good post and good thoughts on how to handle the exit of Gill. On the upside, his character seems to have been his strongest asset and unfortunately not his ability to recruit and coach victories at LU. You point of downward coaching is right on. Gill has won games most did not think he would (Baylor the latest) and lost even more ones that he should have won (ChuckSo, CCU, SFU, and Kennesaw).

I'm all aboard the "Fire Gill" train. 5 years is enough for us all to see we should be better than how we've played the last 3 years.
