You seriously think Petrino was calling simplistic plays for the three snaps with Pass in the game so that Jawon wouldn't succeed?

I think that is beyond a ridiculous conspiracy theory to be honest.

Yeah, Bolin was an experienced senior with starts under his belt & knew the entire playbook. Pass is a freshman with minimal playing time. Not apples to apples.

RE: Pickem Week 9 is open
In one of the closest (and toughest) weeks of the year, we had a three way tie for first place at 11-4. The winners were 4x4hokies, CollegeCard and Ole Blue.

We had been looking at a five way tie until Kentucky snatched victory from the jaws of defeat with a last minute touchdown. That sent a dagger through the hearts of Wilkie01 and ChrisLords.

The leaderboard now looks like this (weekly wins in parentheses):

4x4hokies..............89 (3) (2013 champion)
CollegeCard...........88 (2) (2015 champion)
Bigtexnole..............84 (3)
Buckminster Fuller...84 (2)
Ole Blue.................82 (1)

The names of the other players will be kept hidden to protect their reputations, or until they crack the Top 5 in the standings. I am reluctantly conceding that I won't successfully defend my crown this year. However, I vow to continue to play hard till the end, unlike a certain team that started the year ranked #3 and is now in serious jeopardy of missing bowl season entirely.

Congratulations to the winners, but watch your backs. The season is far from over and November is notorious for upsets.

If you're not going to list everyone in the leader board, what's the point in playing?

He's doing a thankless (as you are demonstrating) job that is time consuming for no compensation.

You might consider cutting him some slack and rephrasing your question as a more polite request.

Congrats to the winners. I could have just flipped a coin and done just as well. 03-banghead
