Only GSU and App can win outright since they play each other. Troy and stAte would have to lose.

If someone had told me 4 years ago that Troy and Georgia State might tie for a championship, I'd be very surprised. It could happen this year.

Georgia State - win at home vs App and Idaho. Then you need the winner of the Troy/Arkansas State game to lose. I think the best chance of that happening is this....Ark State loses at ULM and then beats Troy. I don't think that Troy is losing to Coastal or Texas State. So you probably want Arkansas State to beat Troy after losing at ULM.

App State - win at Georgia State and at home versus ULL. Then hope the winner of the Troy/Arkansas State game loses. Again, Arkansas State at ULM is probably the best candidate for that to happen.

Troy - Beat Texas State and at Arkansas State. Then hope the winner of the Georgia State/App game loses to someone. If App wins that game, the only other game they have is at home against ULL. If Georgia State wins, they host Idaho. I'm thinking that ULL winning in Boone is probably the easiest path.

Arkansas State - Beat Texas State, @ULM, and Troy. And then hope that the winner of the Ga State/App game loses to someone else.

UL winning in Boone in December, tough task. That might be the coldest game UL will play in the last 10-15 years. Too early weather forecast is 25 degrees with precipitation possible.

Oh, I don't think App is losing to ULL in Boone, especially if App beats Georgia State in Atlanta.

I'm just saying that for Arkansas State or Troy to somehow win the title outright, that you guys beating Georgia State and then losing to ULL is the least unlikely scenario.
