Tulane players look as big as tight ends and are not afraid of physical basketball.......lots of technical fouls. Trash talking going on too...probably due to physical aggressive contacts

announcer just said AAC and SEC are known for physical basketball. did not know that.

Makes that loss to Prairie View all the more head scratching.

1)Prairie View shot 11/22(50%) 3 pointers. Their usual 3 point average is about 30%.
2) We shot poorly that night 20/54(37%) FG. Our average is closer to 50%. I think the long stretch of road trips got to our team.

Sun Belt undefeated on the day with a 3-0 record, all against DI competition.

Little Rock picks up its first win against a winless Norfolk State and South Alabama beat New Orleans.

All true.

Congrats to Georgia State on a well-earned victory. I was there and the Panthers controlled the game pretty much the whole way, even though the outcome didn’t become obvious until second half.

On offense, we simply had no answer for State’s 2-3 zone defense. Which means that other teams will start using it against us.

I’m baffled by State’s loss to a SWAC team in Vegas. Just an off-night?

yep. nothing went right in Vegas. SWAC team made clutch 3s all night.....cost us our at-large bid for sure 03-banghead

Your players look like men among boys! They look 220-250lbs compared to our guys who hover around 170-200lbs.

I was very impressed with Samir Sehic....what an intimidating player. That guy dominated the paint with sheer size and relentless effort. Our biggest SF was pushed around like a kid.

Good luck rest of the way. Tulane seems like a team we don't want to face late in the season. 04-cheers
