The two new additions have been great so far for New Mexico State.


Zach Lofton averaging 21.5 PPG, 4.0 RPG while shooting over 60% from the field, and 60% from 3.

AJ Harris averaging 12.5 PPG, 5 APG. He has 10 assist to 2 turnovers so far on the season. Also shooting 59% from the field, and 50% from 3.

This Aggie team is capable of defending the WAC tournament championship once Sidy Ndir and Eli Chuha hit their stride; playing like they did last season. We still need more bench support though.

I actually believe Zach Lofton is the best player in the WAC.

Jemmerio Jones is better than Lofton and Lofton is REALLY good.

Jones is a better all around player. He is all hustle. However, when it comes down to crunch time and we need someone to make the game winning shot, I would rather have the ball in Lofton's hands than Jones. Other than 10 feet and in, Jemerrio is not that skilled a scorer.
