Yes, but Houston has a good football program. Yours is about like ours...until we hired Fritz.

Tulane has the same thing indicator with Louisiana @ Lafayette. Only 3 Tulane coaches have ever lost to them (or any La team except for LSU) and all 3 were fired: Greg Davis, Buddy Teevens, Curtis Johnson.

Edsall is not Diaco. Better luck next time.

You are who you are. We have played you three times and beaten you twice. You’re 3-7. There are a ton of programs who can look down their noses at us and talk about how awful it is to lose to us; you’re not one of them.

Nothing against Tulane, Houston performs well when season/s means something.

Then you have a poor athletic program. That is just a stupid statement.

We do have a poor athlete program thats why the AD and out coach need to be fired.

So had HOUSTON won then what? This turd of a poster is just idiotic.

I would give credit to the players for doing enough to win despite our poor athletic program.

As far as motivation to win only the players can answer that.

Honey Boo Boo...An entire group of schools defected because they didn't want to be associated with you. UCONN has proven its worth to a conference. Tulane? Not so much...

I'll say it again...

Better luck next time.

My statement was not toward Tulane knuckle head... After our first lousy loss our entire season has gone turd unpredictable is not even funny.

We do not have a good football program.
We should be .500 that is NOT a good program.
Good programs don’t hire major applewhite.
Good programs don’t have “national” coaching searches that results with 2 finalists that just happened to be the coordinators on the old staff.
Good programs win more than 2 conference championships in 20 years.

I could write a whole page of this but idgaf enough. I had a feeling a letdown was coming and I couldn’t even bring myself to get upset yesterday. Most damning thing about the game was this was the 1st time that I can remember that UH played on an espn platform and nothing UH related was trending on Twitter locally. Not only are we back to being mediocre at best but we’re back nobody caring.

Sorry and irrelevant are not qualities of a good program.

lol but serious im fine...i didnt care too much we lost, this affected nothing in the bigger picture

if you hadnt noticed ive been hyping up next season...i just wanted our young guys to get reps and be ready for next season....we couldnt stop tulane and didnt have much pressure throughout the game, but we have 2 espn 300 4star DE freshmen sitting out on transfer rules..

as long as we keep progressing and getting better with the players on the field now. im fine.
im honestly more worried about picking up a late touted cb for next season than the result of this game (our current starting cbs, 1. played WR last 2 seasons, 2. d2 walkon)
