Do any of you have ties to multiple FBS teams? Do they play each other regularly? How do you root?

I have ties on some level to several teams, I always root for undergrad over grad school and then my others would go down the list in order that I have them listed if they were to play each other. TCU and Wisconsin have only played each other once in my lifetime. In TCU vs. Oklahoma I always root TCU.

TCU - undergrad and my dad was on the faculty
Wisconsin - grad school

Secondary ties
Oklahoma - lived in Norman growing up, dad was on the faculty
Arizona - both my parents went there and my dad and brother were on the faculty

Live in Wisconsin, raised in Wisconsin, many relatives went to UW, I went to one of the DIII Wisconsin System schools so that would be a indirect tie to UW. UW fan.

Two grandparents and multiple cousins went to ND. Family being all Catholic and half full blooded Irish. ND fandom was a requirement.


When they play one another in 2020 & 2021?

Hope for a tie......

Engineering degree from Rice and MBA from Houston. Always wearing blue and grey for games between the schools, but a closet Cougar fan otherwise.

WMU alum. LU student. They have never played each other. They probably won't play each other unless matched up in a bowl. My heart would be very torn but I would probably root for the school that had more to gain by the victory.

I went to ECU and work for NC State. Always root for the Pirates over the Wolfpack.

Grad School: Ole Miss

Undergrad: ECU

They never play. It's easy.
