Your cable provider writes the descriptions, not ESPN. I have a feeling you actually thought this was true, which is sad.

they've got guys taking pictures of the on-screen channel guides on their TVS, and posting that ridiculous **** as somehow definitive proof that reality is false, and delusion is real.

these ******* belong in camps.

It's a typo, man. now you're bringing typos in as evidence? dude. that's monumentally sad.

No not a typo, it was language Espn used. Guys the AAC is having power used with its name and you can start as many of these making fun of it, it still is happening .

This is your board but if you post things try to diminish the AAC or speak falsehoods people will challenge folks on it. It should however be done in a courteous way.

you know, after the spilt, I was one of them. but then you people turned into a ridiculous bag of dicks. and then these guys turned out to be pretty ******* good at things like, say, football. and I haven't caught them counting ratings points a single time. so, I choose them.

yep, I'm perfectly content building (once again, admittedly) the next competitive CUSA with the guys we've got.

so, **** right off.

I'm going to guess that has something to do with the poor 1-9 record.

not that i'm advocating the AAC as a P6. They aren't. But that stat is very misleading IMO.

Yes. and G4 are excited to play AAC, while AAC is usually not excited to play G4. In bowl games amongst equals, the motivated team usually wins.

Predictable AAC fan is predictable.

How motivated do you reckon Auburn is playing G5 UCF? And will it matter not being equals?

motivated ucf is going to get obliterated by unmotivated auburn. I am almost looking forward to the psychobabble that will be employed to explain that one away.

it would almost be more fun if ucf won, and when they woke up the next morning, and they're still G5 . . . I want to see that terminal butthurt.

Did you say the same thing when they were playing Baylor? In fact, Baylor had the largest line in the BCS era of 16.5.

you're actually making my argument for me. you beat a P5 team in a big fancy bowl, and what did it get you? branded golf balls.

game. set. match.

Some...ok, a whole lot...of people actually believe the nonsensical "P6" (and now "Power 7") schtick.

My mom always told me that you don't argue with drunk or crazy people. You just don't. You're not going to win the argument and all it does is piss everyone off. At the end of the day, the AAC will still not have a "Power" conference compensation or access, we will have a maximum of 4 NCAA bids, and will be on the outside-looking-in.

It is what it is.

I do apologize for folks coming over here and jamming your boards with it.

your sanity is quite appreciated. however, it's our board. we should be able to talk about whatever we want without deranged, drugged up, inbred people turning our forum into the same unreadable pig**** that they have created in their own forum.

Indeed.

You can talk about whatever you want, I did not mean to say otherwise.
