What "culture of impunity of cops extra judiciously executing Black folks"? I've not seen one example of impunity. I've seen examples of officers forced to undego prosecutions for making split-second judgement calls that proved after months of investigation to have been incorrect. That is an incredibly high standard.

I don't think you have an adequate understanding of the circumstances under which law enforcement officers operate. How well would you function at your job if you were under the pressure that any error in one direction could get you killed and any error in the other direction could get you prosecuted, and you had a fraction of a second to reach your decision? Not well as police officers do would be my guess.

I've seen two cases where I would question the calls that the criminal justice system made--the guy on Staten Island who was strangled and the guy who was shot in the Las Vegas hotel. One of those was not Black, IIRC. That clearly does not justify the wrath displayed.
