I have never seen someone with such little leadership. Has never come out with a vision statement or any type of plan to improve the conferences athletic standing. All she does is put out the worst college athletic streaming product imaginable and ride around in toy cars. Such an embarrassment.

C-USA deserves a better leader, Judy Macleod has got to go!

It's the fact that she seems to hate the conference that gets me. Why take the job if you have no interest in the product. Every time she talks about the SEC she lights up like a Christmas tree. Is just so enthusiastic about them. She talks about conference USA she might as well be talking about issues at the local garbage dump.

What do CUSA financials look like? How many employees? etc. Curious what the makeup is if anyone knows.

On the bright side, based on the financial history, the conference will be bankrupt in three years (from 2015, the latest data shown).

Let this Judy find another job first before we try and get rid of CUSA Judy. It'd be our luck Charlotte Judy would apply for CUSA Judy's job and get it, then all of CUSA would suffer.

Oh god I wouldn’t wish that to happen my enemy much less UNCC. She would probably bury them in the ground so deep that mining equipment couldn’t find them. UNCC needs a good AD that can bring them up to speed and we all know that’s not gonna happen with Joy Ride Judy.

I've been a Blue Raider for close to two decades and in that time the conference commissioner has never been liked.

I honestly don't think Judy is the problem, that's not to say we couldn't possibly do better, but I think everyone has this idea that we're going to hire some "young, innovative, AD" "with a real vision" and all of the sudden we'll have a real television deal and bowl matchups with P5s and multiple NCAA bids every year.

And please save the predictable "anyone would be better than Judy", I promise you the odds are far greater than not, that the next AD will enjoy a brief honeymoon period before becoming the new enemy #1 on this board within just a couple of years.

I only followed Banowsky's job performance for about 2 years, but I'd say it wasn't even close. He was head and shoulders better than Judy.

A good commish need only anticipate, through contacts, changes in the sports landscape and proactively prepare the conference for those changes. That's really their only job, yet so many get hit with issues like they didn't know it was coming and don't know how to react when it does. If Mike Slive hadn't moved on to bigger and better things this place would be set up. He left and put Brit in charge and started the expansion stuff and everything went to crap and Brit tried to hold it together but there wasn't really a solution that would work. He just flat got out of dodge when he saw what was coming down the pipe this last round of TV negotiations. If you could call some lube and socks, so your ankles don't get chafed while your grabbing them, a negotiation.

I would rate him above MacLeod. He fought hard to help UAB stay in Conference USA. Before that fight, I would've rated them about the same.
