Troy Commit Wins Gladiator Dual
Archer’s wrestling team won the Gladiator Duals hosted by Clarke Central this past weekend.
The Tigers defeated Oconee County 66-12, East Coweta 42-22, Chattooga 54-12 and Jackson County 48-22 in the tournament. Cameron Sapp, Chandler Swenson, Gio Gachelin, Logan Smith, Gavin Smith, Brandon Mitchell, Chase DeGrenier and Will Choloh finished the day unbeaten for Archer.

Anyone remember the tv show American Gladiators? I thought of that when I saw this title. Haha. I wanted to be on that show so bad as a kid. Turbo, Ice, Nitro, Zap, Malibu, Gemini... Haha good times.

Yeah, my first thought when I read this thread was of a football player running around dodging Tennis balls shot out of an air cannon.
It's amazing how silly that show was when you think about it now.

That’s the exact event I thought of too! A lot of shows from that time period can be silly. But they were good tv back in the day! Lol
