You say that after losing to a franchise that has had worse luck than you these last 50 years. The Vikings have been good before suffering bitter defeats.

He also never played in the C-USA that exist today. Memphis, ECU, Tulane, Tulsa, SMU, and UCF know more about Case than ODU or Middle Tennessee.

I always knew Case Keenum would make it in the NFL! He was finally given a chance to show what he could do. Good things come to those who wait, and he's proof.

Case Keenum was given a royal screwing over by the NFL years ago in the draft and I'm glad he is making teams pay.

The Vikes tried to give away the game. It never should have come down to a miracle play. Minnesota, instead of running the ball a few times and bleeding the clock, decided to pass and had 2 incomplete passes that stopped the clock. This gave Brees all kind of time to drive down the field where Lutz has been banging out nearly 60 yard field goals with regularity recently. Dumb play calling is dumb.

From to in under 5 seconds, lol....

That said, the Vikings deserve it. That poor franchise had some of the best teams in the NFL in the 70's only to run into some of the best teams in NFL history, much less the 1970's.

And then there was their 1987 run, which just fell short at Washington's goal line. And then there was 1998 and the Gary Anderson FG miss.

Since the "Saints got Keenumed" thread was closed I would be remiss if I did not add Tulsa (and the Toad) to that list.
