I got robbed by federales carrying machine guns. Lol.

Reminds me of a business trip I took with the wife to San Diego years ago. Her employer basically said, "No one is allowed to go to Tijuana". If you do go, you're on your own.

Those are the guys we'd see in TJ and either turn the other way on the street, walk into the next bar, or hold your breath and look at your shoes as you walked by. They were bad news.

I used to live in Juarez because as a divorced man that's all I could afford, it was free, lived with my exes sister and bro in law. Everyone in Juarez were more afraid of the "law" then the thieves. Thank God I lived there before the drug wars started. I would sometimes find myself driving in the city at around 3 a.m. Like Dr. Phil says, "what were you thinking"? Honestly, I wasn't, my friend between my legs was doing the thinking for me. Today I can't believe the time I lived there. Puro Pendejo.

I would not go there to save my life now.
