UConn is the greatest traditional power in th AAC (I would walk through hot coals for just one NC). They can and should and will eventually resume their rightful place.

No disrespect toward UConn, but do they have any tradition outside of Calhoun. I am only aware of their success post 1990. Is there a certain amount of structure in place to continue their 30 years of success. For example, UNLV does not have the structure for whatever reason. They were a team that was absolutely dominant from the mid 80's through the early 90's but fell off the map when Tark retired.

UCF's football team averages more points per game than our basketball team.

No, “successful” is the right word. No one else in our conference has come close to four NC’s. The recent timeframe only adds to the relevancy of their status as the most successful program in the AAC. As a Tiger fan, I wish it was not the case.
