I wish some of our games were on different nights, so that I could watch more than just the MT game.

Agree. I would think that a staggered Thurs.-Sat./Fri.-Sun. arrangement would work. It's not like we need to worry about t.v. slots.

The freaking OVC has Belmont/Murray on ESPNU tonight at 6PM, followed by freaking UNC-Ashville/Winthrop at the same time as WKU/UAB. This isn't a game time issue, it is a lack of decent contracts issue. Saturday when one of the biggest mid major games of the year will be played between two top 40 teams (WKU/MT), ESPNU is showing two bad AAC teams in UCF/USF at 5, and Memphis/Tulsa at 7. We get to be on Twitter/Facebook via Stadium though..... smh

If we had a contract with ESPN in any fashion at all that allowed them to pick up big time games from us for ESPN1/2/U, we would see plenty of them this year. People would much rather watch a couple CUSA games that are happening this weekend rather than the ones I listed above. The issue is not that ESPN would rather have those games shown than ours, but it is simply that they don't even have the option to pick them up at all.

I think Thus/Sat is supposed to minimize lost class time when they travel
