But I would think it will be done and have run its course by Saturday. You guys should be ok by then.

IMO, this is where Marshall is going to tell us if they are for real or not. Had a great week at home, but you can't win the league if you can't win a preponderance of games on the road. Only two games on the road so far in conference and lost one while 2-5 on the season.

Yeah, lost to a top 3 team on the road with our starting C/F out. Shame on us. Good thing we bounced back against the other top teams at home. We may not beat WKU but I expect it will be a more competitive game.

It'd be hard for it to not be

I hope, but this is a good WKU team, possibly league best.

Major test for our kids.

They're very good when healthy but I wouldn't expect an ass whooping like they put on you last time.

That game was a long time coming. We’d watched Marshall hand it to us several times in a row and not just in Huntington. I’d had to sit there and watch Marhall’s players drain three after three and then run around in circles whooping their arms up in celebration and hugging each other. Not after the game. After every made three. And this was in Diddle.

Don’t blame them. If I was draining threes like that I would probably act similar. So it was nice to see turnabout.

But I don’t expect anything like that to happen at all Saturday night. I think we should win. I certainly don’t expect it to be a big margin if we do. I could absolutely see a loss. I’ve watched 3 home losses already this year. A 4th one would not surprise me.

But I will be there. Wearing red (and a little grey). People keep saying not many tickets left. I’ll be shocked if there are any more than the UAB game which was not a bad crowd but nowhere near the Middle crowd. Marshall having a name does help. The casual fans have heard of them. It’s not like UTSA coming in. And that is not hating on them. Just locationwise with us being border states people know who the hell Marshall is and then the football and all.

Does anyone know what the TV situation for this game is?

Is it 7pm EST, 6pm CST?

Stadium is a moving target...please don't tell me it's Stadium.

I checked the Stadium website, and it says "Conference USA."

Can anyone explain?

Yeah, no joke. I think our first game was on Stadium, and for some reason was blacked out, they were playing a Jim Boeheim interview for some reason for like a full hour. I don't know if this means we'll be on the actual Stadium Network, or what. Nobody from the conference office is doing anything about this ridiculous situation.

I also live in Lexington, so for some reason maybe we are blacked out? I don't know.

Has anyone contacted their respective media relations departments ?

I'd like to watch the game, as well.

Stadium has completely effed everything up. The last few years before this Stadium deal, I remember being able to pick up the Sinclair networks over bunny years, 56.2 baby!

No, I haven't. I'm not real confident that they would know any more than we do though.

WKU fans killed them on Twitter last time and Stadium came out with an apology and gave some reason about feed...I forgot what they said exactly, but something about cables and switching video feed, they finally got game back up in 2nd half, but it was still spotty at best....

For you Southern Miss and North Texas fans, I have some good news.

Stadium -the Facebook version - is picking up MT's game with y'all. I was a little miffed why the North Texas game in the Boro wasn't going to be on ESPN 3, but Stadium has picked it up.

Ha! Yeah, maybe. I do have a Marshall license plate.

It's a good friendly rivalry, I have a lot of respect for Western. Our family moved to Lexington about 5 years ago. Had no family in town, but we've made friends, have strong church community, our kids go to Maxwell.

We love Lexington! Especially now since that whole gentrification Summit at Fritz Farms was built about a mile away from us. Man, you thought Nicholasville traffic was bad before try entering down here now!

Awesome, similar to me in I knew no one here besides a good friend when I moved here in 2004...My family and I live in Hamburg area so I usually don't venture out much on that side of town just due to all the traffic...

It's nice. Our property values literally skyrotted after they built all that.

I don't want to move, Lexington is a great place to live.

That really isn't a good thing...unless you are moving/selling. It means you are paying a lot more money in OCT.
