LOL. I was about to post "UC-UCONN: Round 5"

It wouldn't be an AAC Tourney without a game between UC and UCONN.

I still have nightmares about that 3rd OT 03-banghead

Watched that game at our pool cabana in vegas for my bachelor party. Literally went from going absolutely nuts to...WTF are you kidding my in 2 seconds. It was unbelievable. We've had to deal with a couple of those 3/4 court shots costing us games over the years (Miles Simon drilled one against Fortson and company). Hell Tulsa nailed one a little shorter than that at the end of the first half against us at Tulsa that year and we lost in OT.

Same, but reverse. UCONN had to win the conference tourney to get a bid that year so it was even more important.

All-time classic.

RE: AAC Tourney Bracketology
I can't imagine what it's like to be on that end of a miracle type shot. UC's had it's share of buzzer beaters and great plays to finish games, but we've lost multiple tournament games to WVU on buzzer beater bank three point shots (one big east, one NCAA), that crazy 3/4 court shot forced double OT...lost on a similar 3/4 court shot to Arizona, lost a tournament game when your tip in was .1 too late... I'm not counting the good shots people have made last to beat us, those happen...we've had our share... but man we seem to have dealt with some insanity late at times.

Actually beat Houston and putting up a fight against yall is pretty good for a 15-16 team. No one expected us to beat Houston or put up a fight against yall

Damn it ...

That would be a crazy unfortunate draw for a 2 seed . While Memphis couldn't ask for a better potential path to the semi finals

UC would have a cakewalk to the finals. I'd prefer to be on the other side to possibly scoop up a few more quality wins.

Fall was so far in Clark's and Washington's head. As far as I'm concerned I'd rather play UCF with Taylor at 150% than Fall at 50%.

Yep...Fall was the reason UCF won that game last year, not Taylor. He completely disrupts our offense, and now that he's gone I'm more confident.
