His testimony to that fact pretty much slams the door on any thoughts that the FBI had more information that could have warranted the wire taps on Page.

You're going back 3 years and talking about something that is irrelevant. They had to get re-authorization, and were at first DENIED. They went back with the dossier, and used it as a dragnet on the Trump campaign.

The dossier's credibility allowing it's approval was based on circular reporting and was fake news.

This is a simple case of the FBI and the court using the "Fruit of the poisoned tree" to wire tap a US citizen. It may not have been an intentional act..but..it was at best a mistake and at worse totally incompetent.
