Cincinnati only moved up to 6 ? That's crap.

Xavier beat them by double figures, Michigan State's 3 losses are to #9, #14, and #20, Purdue is better than UC, Virginia is quite literally a better version of UC, and Villanova is better than UC. Who should they have jumped?

I'm far more distinctly angry that all bracket prognosticators have us as a 3 or 4, behind teams like Kansas and Auburn.

It's where we should be. We're closer to 5 than to 7, and the team at 5 (Xavier) beat us earlier this year. All good.

Not just beat, destroyed. Perhaps the weakest #6 team in the history of rankings?

What's even more hilarious is how on earth we're still ranked. We're barely a top 40 team right now.

6 is fine for UC. Probably exactly what they are. 1-3 are obvious... After that you can make a case for a lot of teams. Kenpom has it Duke, Cincinnati Michigan State (BIG GAP) then several others. Sagarin has it Michigan State (decent gap), Kansas, Cincinnati, West Virginia Duke then several others. Xavier probably isn't as good as their ranking, but their wins and the fact that they've managed to pull out every one of their close games late has made their ranking completely reasonable. Xavier is 8-0 in games decided by 7 points or less. That is an insane stat. It's why their kenpom luck number is so high. They've literally won every close game they've had.

Including an OT game where they didn't make a field goal 03-lmfao

I see we've reached the stage in the tantrum where we are tearing everybody else down now.

Having a guy like Blueitt makes it more reasonable for them to be winning close games. Teams with players like that are always more likely to win those games, though it's still unlikely that they have the perfect record that they do.
