Delaney Schultz - Midfield - St. Louis, MO. Chose Rice over Princeton, Cornell and Illinois.

Bella Killgore - GK - Houston (Memorial) - Chose Rice over Colorado College and Trinity University

Madison Kent - Midfield - Sugarland (Clements) - Chose Rice over Princeton, Missouri, Auburn, Costal Carolina and James Madison.

Paris Fox - Defender - Saratoga, CA - chose Rice over USC, Loyola Marymount, Pepperdine, UCLA, San Diego, Penn and UC Santa Barbara.

Pretty impressive. A quick look at rankings as of Dec 2017 had Cal, USC, Princeton,, Pepperdine, UCLA and Santa Clarea top 30 or better ! Sounds like a great class

Soccer is an equivalency sport. 14 scholarships are divided among the team; typically 28 players. Is it common practice to give everyone a 1/2 scholarship? Or does the scholarship amount typically vary from player to player like baseball?

It varies.
