When police attempted to handcuff Martinez, he reportedly pulled away and refused to be taken into custody. When police were finally able to get him in a patrol car, Martinez began kicking the doors and windows, according to the report.

After being medically cleared at Piedmont Hospital, Martinez was transported to the Coweta County Jail where he was charged with cruelty to children, obstruction of officers, battery and disorderly conduct.

Don't agree with what the guy did, but cuck dad needs to be a little more stern on his own kid. Maybe the Mexican guy should have spanked the dad.

Father should learn to control his kid, a lot of little brats now are not controlled, especially here in Utah. Having said that, the father should have then pounded sand out of this guy.

Don't be sorry. I'm no expert on child rearing. However my kid also doesn't ask for candy bars either.

My son learned early on that he was a lot more likely to get that candy bar if he behaved than if he pitched a fit. I’d go so far as to say that he learned that he would get it if he behaved and not if he didn’t.

More than once I've wanted to smack what I call the "counting parent". Kid misbehaving, parent gives the "I'm going to count to 3", they do, kid doesn't stop, nothing happens. First, why give the kid 3 seconds to continue being disobedient? Second, way to teach your kids that there's a good chance you won't follow through. Worse is when the kid doesn't stop and the parent loses control and starts screaming more than their kid. Way to teach that you scream to get what you want.

There really should be a parenting license required to breed.
