Judging by the comments in here...why would you think that?

After decades of following what’s nearly annually been a Top 25 Cincy hoops program, one gets somewhat used to the media blackouts of a perceived lesser conference team. But now as the press is coming out with them...it’s being pushed by their own fan base.

No other UC fan has found these articles. And if they have...they sure haven’t shared them. On either site. But they do seem to take offense to them.

This type of toughness is what NCAA teams are made of. During Wichita State's undefeated year, we were down on the road by 19 against Missouri State in the second half with 10 mins. to play. We came all the way back eventually needing overtime to get it done. This was one of many challenges on our way to 34-0.

Cincy showed a little something against Houston.

Uhhhhmm.... we didn't just play an "actual team in the tourney", we played national championship runner-up Kentucky and lost by 2 points on a last second miss...

I don't know if you're familiar with that game, it was called the best game of the entire tournament and greatest second round game in the history of the NCAA tournament. Long-time Kentucky fans said it was one of the greatest games they'd ever watched their beloved Wildcats play in...

We were leading them at the half 37-31. Your national championship Huskies led them at the half 35-31 and ended up winning by six. Take out of that what you will... what I take out of it is that we were at least a Final Four team in 2014.

Damn, it must suck arguing with me. I have no idea what it's like but it must really suck. I would relish the opportunity to face myself though as I don't often find much competition.

UK also got lucky on 3 buzzer beaters that could have gone the other way and then this game that you played and lost doesn't look so good.
