Hiring a guy as a head coach for a college team with no prior college coaching experience rarely if ever turns out well.

I don't think he want to listen to a head coach tell him what to do is more the reason. He's got his own ideas and plans.

The racial makeup of our city doesn't require a coach or mayor, for that matter, to be African American. It's about who's the better candidate and who's best for the job.
