told ya I loved that batting order.....

pitching has been spot on......fielding as well....

18 runs in two games.....that's pretty dayum good....

yeah, we have a long way to go, but that batting order is fk'n solid.....

these guys are really good after another year under their belt....

I think at some point we’ll see Guidry at 2nd and Keating at dh.

State has to win with pitching and manufacturing runs. They are small fellas. I didn't think they were very good last year. They had one player. Those two wins against us in the regional were flukes. Their pitcher threw the game of his life and we displayed pop ups. We mash. 1 through 9 with 3 or 4 more in the dugout. Lot of pressure on opposing pitchers. Especially teams that don't score a bunch.

I still don't understand why Bowen doesn't get more at-bats. Probably the most clutch hit yesterday and he doesn't get the start today.
