Trump's good friend The National Inquirer
More swamp news about the Donald. One of his good friends is the owner of the rag, National Inquirer. He buried the piece detailing Trumps affair. Paid off his lover $150,000.But this won't matter to his base. Wonder if the Evangelicals care?
Oh My God, the decidedly not MSM rag. Is there any end to the sleaze??

LOL for 30 years the left has mocked "values voters" from voting their morality.... Now they elect someone who does not live according to their morality and the left decides to complain that "evangelicals don't care".

I'll be nice enough ot explain it one more time to you.

I don't like Trump as a person, but he is very likely to leave me alone to practice my faith and keep the federal government smaller than Hillary would have (and maybe more than any republican running save Rand Paul).

I don’t care.

This isn’t why I voted for him.

You guys go easy on OD. There's not been much good news for the left lately so they gotta manufacture it where they can.

Maybe to you. The American people care about jobs, being able to put away for the future, put their kids through college, etc.

You need to read Fooled By Randomness by Nassim Taleb, particularly his musings on Wittgenstein's ruler. Describes you to a T.

Indeed, in another thread he was telling us about the FBI and DOJ basically being pub organizations......I'm guessing his logic is that a "pub" is president. He's also trying to frame most political discussions in a donk versus pub manner while, as it relates to Trump, it's anything but.

Funny that's exactly what I said about one of you earlier.

I consider yesterdays indictments to be pretty good news. Certainly better than finding out my hero had another affair.

Evangelicals voted for him because of the Supreme Court picks.

You mean kind of like how millions of Democrats voted for the dirtiest, slimiest candidate in the last 100 years during the last presidential election? It's not like the Democrats nominated this virtuous candidate..

Had I voted for Trump because I believed he was a saint, then you'd have a point. As for indicting a bunch of twitter trolls, if that makes your day, then I'm glad for ya. I know it's been a long year.

The question about presidential extramarital affairs was decided circa-1998, see Bill Clinton. Also as a funny aside it was the National Inquirer that broke the Clinton Lewinsky story. Little known fact.

And as president, he's been a sexual saint compared to Slick Willie and JFK.

And ALL the news media knew about JFK and Marilyn Monroe. They chose not to report it.
