I agree with you on getting people out to vote.

The whole "taking a year off" announcement reeks of patting one's self on the back. Hey, look at me, I'm "sacrificing" so much by taking that year off. Never mind most don't have the resources to go a whole year not working, she's "sacrificing" for the cause.

How about this? If you want to REALLY take one for the team so to speak, donate all your profits from your next movie to the cause. Heck, convince the studio to do the same. Let's see how much is conviction and how much is self promotion.
