If this is it...well shut it down. Mueller is just ruining people’s lives now because he can. There should be INTENT to lie to cover up something. None of that here just screwed up meaningless dates.
Before the indictments, many Republicans refused to even admit the Russians interference in the election. Trump said China might have done it... or some fat guy on a couch. Now, we have a better understanding of their involvement. The first step is determining if the Russians were involved and Mueller has placed a check in that box.
Someone here said those comments....China, fatguy on a couch in Jersey, were Trump talking about the DNC hack, nothing more. But then, you can probably see Russia from your front porch.

Once more someone is confusing two totally different things....
Trumps comments was directed to the DNC hack and nothing to do with Russians trolling. So far he's correct...anyone could have hacked the DNC. Even someone working there.
If someone makes a statement about one simple thing....it doesn't give people the right to use it for everything. I don't understand why those on the left and media can't understand that.

People going in front of Bob Mueller for interviews need to learn the tried and true Clinton response "I do not recall." Works wonders. No one can prove whether you can recall or not. Legal advice, completely free.

It would help if they “fainted” and bumped their head first.
Maybe wear some goofy looking glasses for good measure...

So you guys think he shouldn't charge someone who lied to the FBI because of timing?

I think he should be as hard on everyone as the FBI was on Cankles & Crew. Have you read the treatment they got while under "investigation"?

Yes and I'm more than ok with someone revisiting that.

If you don't want to go to jail, don't lie. It's so easy, Hilary Clinton could do it. Unfortunately, Trump and his crime family aren't smart enough to do it. Sad.

Yep, the poor guy will walk out of jail in a year or two as a felon, all for failing to disclose some minor crap or misspeaking about something. That'll teach his ass.

In what way is Trump different from your description of killary? Is killary a real person? Do you believe in the secret society?
The difference is Trump is way way worse. He used Russia to cheat the election and now it is coming back on him. He is evil and a vile human being. No way does he get elected fairly. This country is smarter than that.
You've actually perfected the art of idiocy, well done.

Yes, I think anyone who lies to them should be charged if proven they intentionally lied to misdirect, conceal or cover up. If someone simply failed to recall a date correctly or misspoke about some procedural detail then the punishment should fit the "crime".

Sounds like 6 months, max, with time off for behavior, at Club Fed.
Then he can go back to being the heir to a gazillion rubles.
Surprised he even showed up.
But, clearly this proves collusion with Russians on Trumps part to rob H> of her coronation.
That is what they are “investigating”, right?

So, hacking the DNC and the Clinton campaign and then turning that information to Wikileaks for dissemination no longer constitutes Russian interference in the 2016 election?

Of course it doesn't prove anything regarding Trump and Russia. No one with a brain would tell you that. This just tells you someone lied during interviews conducted as part of an investigation.
