If this is it...well shut it down. Mueller is just ruining people’s lives now because he can. There should be INTENT to lie to cover up something. None of that here just screwed up meaningless dates.

Before the indictments, many Republicans refused to even admit the Russians interference in the election. Trump said China might have done it... or some fat guy on a couch. Now, we have a better understanding of their involvement. The first step is determining if the Russians were involved and Mueller has placed a check in that box.

Someone here said those comments....China, fatguy on a couch in Jersey, were Trump talking about the DNC hack, nothing more. But then, you can probably see Russia from your front porch.

So, hacking the DNC and the Clinton campaign and then turning that information to Wikileaks for dissemination no longer constitutes Russian interference in the 2016 election?
Well this would hold water, if anyone could prove that the DNC was hacked, however at this point the FBI hasn't seen the server. The DNC let CrowdStrike inspect it, write a report, and that was it. So to claim that Russia hacked it, cannot be proven as fact since the DNC won't let anyone that is law enforcement inspect their precious server. For all we truly know, a DNC staffer gave the emails to Wikileaks.

Proof of that?

Can you point to ANY?

Yep, the poor guy will walk out of jail in a year or two as a felon, all for failing to disclose some minor crap or misspeaking about something. That'll teach his ass.

Sounds like 6 months, max, with time off for behavior, at Club Fed.

Then he can go back to being the heir to a gazillion rubles.

Surprised he even showed up.

But, clearly this proves collusion with Russians on Trumps part to rob H> of her coronation.

That is what they are “investigating”, right?

Of course it doesn't prove anything regarding Trump and Russia. No one with a brain would tell you that. This just tells you someone lied during interviews conducted as part of an investigation.

Investigation into what?

Collusion, right?

So, where’s the evidence of said collusion?

If there’s scarcely little evidence of collusion, why is there an investigation ongoing?

This is banana republic type schit.

Without Comey illegally leaking to his Homey to get this bogus crap started, there’d be no “investigation”. Pretty clear now there’s nothing to really investigate.

Sooooo, find some “date and time” process charges, why not.

Proper investigations take time. I'd imagine this one is a tad complex. What is funny is how each side jumps on each little bit of information that comes out as if its the end game.

Plus, I think the actual description of the investigation is "Investigating Russian interference in the US election".

I said all that? And I guess I was right, you can see Russia from your front porch.

If I have read this right it seems that he has been indicted for not turning over two or three emails. Maybe there was no intent to hide anything. After all not turning over 33,000 of them showed no intent.

I tihnk he erased them. His error was he didn't use Bit Bleach. That gets you a get-out-of-jail-free pass.
