Reading comprehension must not be a strength. I specifically said it was comical that people were picking UCONN over UH. How many games are you guys back on UH?

Nah. Just calling out your BS. You chose to single out UCONN and not SMU/UCF. All three schools have had experienced major injuries. UCONN was picked to finish 5th. They may very well still finish 5th. Try to keep up next time.

UCONN wasn’t finishing above UH. Regardless of if they had everyone healthy or not.

HuskyU never said that UConn was going to finish above UH. he simply said that UConn would probably finish 5 if they had Gilbert. idk why you brought that up lol. Just because he thinks UConn finishes 5th doesn't mean he thinks that UH finishes below them lol

And I said that it was comical that anyone was picking UCONN above UH to begin the season. I said nothing about y’all finishing fifth. And the only reason y’all are sniffing fifth is because SMU ane UCF are dealing with injuries.

so UCF's and SMU's injuries are a legit excuse but ours are not...

coaching is our the main problem but we have had other injuries lol without larrier we got our asses kicked by memphis, temple..With larrier we came back and had a shot at beating cincy, and we almost beat wsu with him, we also played tough against arizona ... im confident that we would be in a better position then we are right now if we had Gilbert. so yes injuries have definitely impacted our performance to some degree

You mean (at full-strength) SMU, who lost to Northern Iowa and Western Kentucky, then lost to UCONN with both teams missing their second leading scorers?

Larrier did nothing but lay bricks today. His only positive contribution was length at the top of the zone. Cincy could've easily won by 20+ but took the foot off the petal too early and Adams was good enough to make them pay.

You guys aren't even an NIT team with a healthy Larrier.

Injuries certainly were a factor in a couple of those.

UCF and SMU were both NCAA Tourney contending teams sans injuries.

Not going to argue, clearly SMU and UCF took a beating in that and other squads have struggled through too. Just put it up there to show. Houston was the biggest surprise to me I though 4/5th but they are really clicking and are up there with Cincy and WSU.

Not sure you can really make an argument for anyone else over those 5.

Injuries happen. It's up to the coaching staff to have depth for the season.

I would only give SMU the pass because the NCAA went after them.

Don't think Adams or Milton should have made 2nd team.
One's a bad team - good stats guy
the other missed most of conference play.

This will be our best team. Just beat Baylor on the road in an exhibition.

6th place my butt.
