ECU defeats College of Charleston 5-2, improves to 9-3. COC is a good team, they are now 10-3. Three games with Charlotte coming up this weekend.

WSU loses to Oral Roberts 2-1.

Just a little tidbit to give you an idea of how brilliant our HC is. We have two likely 1st round draft picks hitting in the 2 and 3 slots. Who does our genius coach choose to protect them with in the 4 hole? A guy slashing .258/.328/.384 for his career while striking out in 35% of his ABs. 03-banghead

UCF sweeps the #1 team in the nation, home away in a midweek series.

Currently 10-3 with losses to a bad Rice team, a bad Samford team, and a surprisingly 10-1 Stetson.

RPI took a huge bump already

Tulane lost 13-12 to a Southland team. We gave up 7 unearned runs, I believe.

Now 6-7 on the year. Still time to recover but outlook decidedly negative.

Pirates need to sweep UNCC this weekend away. They seem to be a measuring stick of mediocrity. Beat (insert teams without hyperlinks here) and lost to NC State and Georgia x3.

I like to think that any one of these options would be better.

.314/.375/.429 K-rate 14%
.310/.388/.388 K-rate 18%
.273/.374/.395 K-rate 25%

You mean http://www.icgaels.com or http://www.csusports.com/landing/index or http://www.sienasaints.com or http://highpointpanthers.com ? I found all of these with one simple google search each.

UC hosts Tennessee this weekend.

It's pretty cold today. Not exactly baseball weather.

All games live on gobearcats.com

They had chances to win in the 10th and 11th but could not get it done. Now in the 12th. It's 42 degrees with the sun just about down now.
