Yep, sounds like Dallas (Irving really) is the choice.
As you said not much new, but he's letting us know they aren't sitting idly by - they are trying to be as proactive as possible.

Like hearing about the conference moving toward having the ability to produce every single athletic event. Obviously, it will be dependent on each campus to produce those events, but but working toward creating (or arranging an agreement for a third party to provide) a platform to warehouse that school produced content is a major step. Despite him saying Dallas isnt a certainty---he sounds pretty sold on an HQ move to Dallas.
